SuccessLab (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use our website, community, and events (including programs hosted on third-party platforms such as our Gradual community).
1) Information we collect
- You provide: name, email, role/title, company, region, preferences; event registrations; survey responses; posted comments/content.
- Automatic data: device/browser info, IP address, pages viewed, and cookie/analytics data.
- From partners: co-host venues, community and email providers, and (with your consent) technology collaborators for co-innovation or feedback.
2) How we use information
- Provide and improve our site, community, and events.
- Register you for sessions and share materials or replays.
- Send updates, insights, and invitations (you can unsubscribe anytime).
- Recommend relevant peers, content, and opportunities.
- Maintain security and comply with legal requirements.
We do not sell your personal data.
3) When we share information
We share only as needed with:
- Service providers (hosting, community, email, analytics, event tools) under contract.
- Event co-hosts/sponsors for attendance management and follow-ups when you register for their sessions (typically name, role, company, email).
- Legal requests or to protect rights and safety; and in a business transfer (e.g., merger).
4) Cookies & tracking
We use cookies/analytics to understand usage and improve the experience. You can adjust browser settings or manage preferences in our cookie banner; some features may not work without cookies.
5) Events, recordings & photos
We may photograph, record, or stream events and share summaries/replays within the community. Tell us at check-in or email info@successlab.us if you prefer not to be captured.
6) AI processing
If you opt into AI features, workshops, or feedback programs, your inputs may be processed by contracted AI vendors to deliver the service. We do not allow vendors to train foundation models on your identifiable data without an agreement or your consent.
7) Data retention & security
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, but no system is 100% secure.
8) Your choices & rights
You can access, correct, delete, or export your information, or object to/limit certain processing. You can also unsubscribe from emails at any time. To make a request, email info@successlab.us.
- California residents: you may request access/deletion and information about “sharing” for cross-context advertising (we do not sell data).
- EEA/UK residents: where applicable, we rely on consent, contract, or legitimate interests; you may have additional rights and can complain to your local authority.
9) International transfers
We operate in the U.S. and may transfer data internationally using appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses where required).
